Preservation of Talent through Payrolling
For clients seeking a flexible, cost savings arrangement to place a full- or part-time worker on the job without actually hiring the individual.
The client selects the individual and recommends them to us. The individual could be a retiree, intern or a referral from another full time employee.
With these individuals having already been sourced and placed on assignment, Manpower will transition and hire them, making them our associates.
Associates recommended for this program can be processed through our system in roughly two hours. During this time, the selected person completes our application process. If qualified for the intended assignment, the employee completes W-4 forms, bonding applications and any other forms necessary for employment. The most valuable service we can offer the client is to preserve, protect, and strengthen our role as the legal employer of those assigned.
Initialization potential employees into payrolling status will be accomplished in a timely and efficient manner. Depending on the number of people the client wishes to enroll immediately, we can process large numbers of people by extending our office hours, assembling Manpower staff from all our area offices, and accessing larger facilities. This, and similar arrangements, will shorten the time frame needed to initialize a large number of people simultaneously.
